Returns & Refund Policy

At Jayneex, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we are here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The size received is different from the order

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused and unworn

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Product must not be washed or altered

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed clothing

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Final sale or clearance items (if specified)


4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at support@jayneex.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the product (if damaged)

  3. Once approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided

Return pickups may be arranged through our logistics partner Shiprocket depending on service availability in your area.


5. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or store credit.


6. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to:

  • Wrong product sent

  • Damaged product received

We will cover the return shipping cost.

For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
